According to unofficial information on everestnews.com, a Czech mountaineer has died on the North side of Mount Everest. It could be Libor Kozák (47) who was reportedly the only Czech in the area.
On everestnews.com was written:

According to the list of climbers operating on the North side area there was Libor Kozak the only Czech climber there.

On discusion under this news on the Czech version, the friends of Libor Kozak confirmed that his relatives got the official news that Libor Kozak died there.
