Peter Hamor and Piotr Morawski did successful traverse Gasherbrum I (8 068 m) in alp style.

They got the summit! Today at 13.30 of local time Peter Hamor and Piotr Morawski stayed on Gasherbrum I (8 068 m). After ten days on the mountain, hard work with 20 kg bags and pacing in deep fresh snow they did it.

Two Peters accented GI via Spanish route, which continues via American in alp style. Today there was good weather. Peter Harmor informed that both traversed the summit and have been descending to saddle Gasherbrum La.
