The new large indoor climbing wall in Prague open

The new large indoor climbing wall has been open last week in Prague. The wall is said to have parametres siutable for World Cup climbing competitions. It is located in Prague 5, quarter Smichov, and its name is SmichOFF.






The wall has allready served for the Czech Championchip in climbing

The wall is up to 16,5 metres high.

There is 35 lines, 50 routes in difficulty 4 – 10 UIAA. The wall has 1 000 m2 of climbing surface.

The wall is promised to be further developed.

Daily open hours: 10:00 - 23:00 h

There is possible to rent climbing equipment, or to refresh or to eat in non smokers pub for 50 guest.

Climbing clases are available ther too.

The access by public transport or cars


Blue points: acces for pedestrians
Red points: access for cars
Vrátnice: the entrance reception
Bus "Správa sociálního zabezpečení" - the name of the bus stop.
Lezecké centrum SmíchOFF - The climbing centrum.

The directions by public transport: Metro Anděl – exit to Ženské domovy and there look for the bus stop to Hlubočepy. By bus No 104, 120, 197 or 231 go two stops the bus stop Správa sociálního zabezpečení.
