The best would be to go to Suche Skaly and Pantak (Panhteon, close to Turnov, 90 km North of Prague) and - look at http://www.czechclimbing.com/clanek.php?key=4342
There is even free topo of Pantak here on the website.
And if the weather would be really nice, you should visit Labe Valley (nicknamed Labak) between Decin and German border on direction to Dresden.
Look at some beta to the feature article here: Newbie at Czech Climbing? Start Here! - How to about Climbing in Czech http://www.czechclimbing.com/clanek.php?key=10200&nazev=newbie_at_czech_climbing?_start_here!_
And then follow the relevant links about Czech beta climbing. And search for other info about the area in the web here.
