Update - the list of the climbers and the schedule
Climbing will be at the 20th winter Olympic Games. It sounds nearly unbelievable, but that is the truth.

Sport climbing was chosen as additional program of alpinist disciplines (like snowboard, skiing...) at this year's Winter Olympic Games.
Bardonecchia was chosen as the location, about 80 km away from Torino. There was about 35 competitors nominated from all climbing disciplines (according to at the moment not known key) there, and the name of the World Champion in lead climbing Tomas Mrazek is not missing among them. More details are not know at the moment, but anyway we are glad to hear about interest in climbing.

The climbers are devided to three groups. According to them they will participate at the additional program.
