Alex and Thomas Huber have been beaten the old Speedrekord of Yuji Hirama and Hans Florine on El Capitan in the Route 'Nose' . They already established a new record with the time 2:48:35 at October the 4th. 4 days later they went back to improve the time and they were succesful.
The new Speedrekord is nearly 3 minutes faster then the old one, 2:45:45.(A normal rope team needs a few days for the 1000m wall.)
