Brother fo Czech minister died during Alps mountaineering
Jiri Bursik (52 y), brother of Czech environmental minister, died on Sunday August 17, 2008 in Berchtesgaden Alps, Germany, during a mountaineering trip.
On 25th July there was an Avalanche accident in the hight of Camp 3 (6100m), 3 Members of an Austrian Expedition where carried down with the Avalanche. Julian Beermann and Michael Wohlleben were luckily sitting in Camp 3 and were emmediately on the accident place. 2 persons, one highaltitude Porter and another Member were partially covered 150m lower covered and we dug them fast out.
