The preparations of the World Cup in lead climbing have finished tonight in Brno, Czech Republic. The competition starts on Friday morning during the outdoor fair Sport Life that has begun today.

We got several photos from construction of the forthcoming World Cup lead climbing competition wall. The competition starts on Friday 6th November in Brno exhibition center during the Sport Life outdoor equipment fair.
After 5 years the World Cup competition in lead climbing returns to the Exhibition center in Brno, Czech republic. On November 6th-7th the full world competition climbing elite with the Czech leader of this year World Cup ranking Adam Ondra.
Petr Hartmann and Edita Vopatova won the Czech Championship of youth lead climbing in their categories A of the oldest children. The competition took place in Chocen last weekend on October 10th, 2009.
Martin Stranik was 3rd on IFSC European Youth Series (L)
in Edinburgh, UK, last weekend (19. - 20. September 2009). He was the best from the Czech team.
Anna Wagnerova was the best from the Czech team on IFSC European Youth Series (L+S) - Munich (GER) on 12.-13.09. 2009. She compete in speed climbing and finished on 3rd place.
Czech Adam Ondra won in his category in lead climbing on the World Youth Championship last weekend in French Valence. It is already 3rd World Junior Championship title he has got.
