A new climbing wall and boulder gym has been opened in Prague center on Václavské náměstí.
Eleven ski mountaineers led by Czech mountain guide Milan Wlasák departed this morning from Vienna airport on thier way to climb Cho Oyu(8201 m).
Martin Stranik and Silvie Rajfová won the Czech Cup competitions in lead climbing and as well in bouldering on April 1-2 2006 in Lomnice nad Popelkou (betwen Liberec and Jicin, Nord-east Bohemia) in both categories.
Tomas Mrazek finished sixth at the First International tournament of bouldering in Kiev, Ukraine, which took place yesterday and today. Besides Tomas two other Czech climbers competed: Helena Lipenska and Jan Zbranek.
