Video with the winter first ascent of new boulder problem Black River Society 8B+ in Petrohrad, Czech Republic, the ascender Petr Resch published yesterday. He had to clean out the snow first and according to his report the temperature was -10,5 °C.
Czech Milan Dvořáček finished 26th in the final competition of the World Cup in ice climbing in speed this weekend in Rabenstein, Italy. The competition was simultaneously European Championship. Milan Dvoracek ended on 22nd place in it.
Czech Milan Dvoracek was 12th in speed climbing on the last UIAA Ice climbing World Cup in Saas Fee, Switzerland on 22nd January. Russian climbers won all disciplines there.

Petrohrad bouldering area is stage of the international bouldering open air competition Petrohradske Padani. Petrohrad is a small town in western Bohemia, Czech Republic. The climber Petr Resch is the founder and organizer of the competition that had its 14th annual last year.
