Mountaineer Leopold Sulovsky, who as the 1st Czech climbed to top of Mount Everest, won the first round of the elections to Senate of the Czech Parliament and will continue to the 2nd round in one week.

The new highest artificial climbing route in Czech Republic has been opend this month at the new climbing gym FreeSolo in Prague 11 - Chodov (Jizni Mesto). The route has 35m on the outdoor chimney.

Mountaineer Leopold Sulovsky, who as the 1st Czech climbed to top of Mount Everest, won the first round of the elections to Senate of the Czech Parliament and will continue to the 2nd round in one week.
He represents local town movement in Ostrava (North East of Czech Republic) and in the first round on Saturday he overcame the 2nd one continuing social demoratic candidat for 67 votes.
