Banska Bystrica - A Czech tourist, who had been reported missing in the Low Tatra mountains in Slovakia since last Friday, was found dead in early afternoon hours on Monday, Milan Tatarka, from the local Mountain Rescue Service centre, has told CTK.

A snowboarder died today because of snow avalanche in Jeseniky, the mountains in the east part of Czech Republic. He was multiple wounded and died during the transport to local hospital.

1st Polish 9a abroad: Lukasz Dudek - Martin Krpan 9a
Polish climber Lukasz Dudek (26 years) climbed in Osp, Misja Pec (Slovenia) the route „Martin Krpan“ 9a.
The Polish web site wspinanie.pl wrote the news.
It was the first Lukasz´s 1st 9a and also he is the first Pole who climbed this grade outside from Poland. He had practiced the route 6 days but he know the line from before. He had already climbed earlier both routes „Strelovod“ 8c and „Konec Mira“ 8c+ its combination creates the Martin Krpan.

Lukasz Dudek is at the moment one of the best Polish climbers. During the last 12 months he has climbed 12 routes 8c and harder.
The route „Martin Krpan“ has also two Czech climbs. Tomas Mrazek sent the route on 5.4.2005 and Adam Ondra on 11.11.2006.
