Almost a hundred of participants, many of them from abroad, came to the international natural boulders competition held last weekend in Petrohrad which is the top bouldering village in the Czech Republic.
Bouldering, or Sassissmo, is once again the name of the game during this 2nd edition of Melloblocco, the two-day international meeting which in 2004 attracted an extraordinary crowd of eager participants.
Tomas Mrazek from Czech Republic has sent his first 8c onsight! The route is called Patra Negra and is in the sector Vente del Mascun in Rodellar.
Pata Negra is a 35 meter long endurance demanding route crossing a big cave. It's probably one of the purest onsigth ever within this grade because as Tomas said: I am here in Rodellar for the first time in my life.
