I am not sure the accommodation. I never needed to sleep in Petrohrad in the pension. But I tried Google Maps. You can also use a translator for Czech sites.
Crashpad can buy in any outdoor shop, try BBShop, Rockpoint, HUDYSport. But beware of the delivery date and forward a call to the shop.
No bike I have ever known, does crashpad. But you can change and ask. Maybe it is a good idea to try Hannibal - it is also outdoor/climbing shop, and you could be successful.
