I am interested in this subject also. I didn't search for a bus yet, however I think it might be an option to chose one (bus) for Karlove Vary. Otherwise, a train might be solution.
Hi Rocky. The best of timetable portal for (all) Czech republic traveling is IDOS ( http://tinyurl.com/2dw6dq ). Icon for switch language are locate on right down margin. I use a bus of "CS TRANS s.r.o." company. Crash pad is not problem, direct connection, about 80,- Kč (approx. 2.8€ or $3.8). This bus get out from 22 platform (Prague, Florenc - B or C metro line). Bus station in Petrohrad is locate on main motorway (E48). Village square is distant about 1/2 hour (1,5 km) - http://tinyurl.com/2nfscc . If is your first visit, I recommend Guide book ( http://tinyurl.com/3dxtql ). You are welcome!
